      Benefits, holidays,pension,allow you take learning classes related to job

      Cons

      No job security.Charge employees $500+ a year for parking. Management is snobbish. No incentive to be an exceptional employee-bad workers and good workers receive the same the same raises and same treatment as good workers. Seniority based-they will layoff a great worker and keep a slacker.

      sick leave and vacation time are lenient

      favoritism, little job security, elitism by managers, professors,Mainly women and drama in administrative departments.

      Pros

      Good and talented coworkers. And they sometimes credit experience over credentials. Pay with insurance is hard to complain about :)

      Cons

      That the surface reflects all is great but behind the scenes some employees suffer in silence. It does not need to be this way.
