Take advantage of employees, no paid maternity/paternity leave, required to pay for daily parking in order to maintain the newly created parking garages, no public transportation discounts as alternatives. Also not paid competitively, though they are working through a market adjustment the communication through this significant process has left a lack of confidence in it's execution. Over the last several years the upper management has become less and less focused on employee satisfaction and patient care. They have focused on outward appearance of success and constant re-branding. HR is absolutely terrible. After constant attempts to inquire about the state of short-staffing, open positions, and the promised market adjustment, all inquiries were ignored. Emails and phone calls were left without response. It is clear that the values of this company is the appearance of success at the expense of the employees, leading what will surely be to direct negative impact on patient care.
