good pay, training, and always moving around

trailers are hot and stuffy, feels like working out 4 hours breaks, breaks are only 15 minutes.

Very physical work Not a lot of hours unless you pull a double shift

Only work 4-6 hours a shift, no prior background needed for loaders, great exercise, financial stipend for college

Cons

Really hot during the summer, takes awhile for your body to get used to the physical activity, its only minimum wage
