      A very good and career growing organization

      Pros

      Very helpful employees , you can ask any queries to any technical person , people are always happy to help. You can learn new technologies and organization will support you. Always growing environment. Good management as well . Open door policy is followed well . CEO can come and say hi to you if he is around the corner .

      Some improvements can be done at resource allocation front .

      1. You will get exposure on latest technologies. 2. Good work-life balance

      Cons

      1. Don't join for onsite opportunity. There are very few onsite positions. 2. Infrastructure is not that good like other big companies. 3. You won't be promoted to next level as easy as possible.
