Cons

Pros

- Good Bonus - Worked with some cool people and made some good friends. - Cared about my career development and helped me build a good resume.

Cons

- Owner shoves Conservatism down your throat. Example: At year end celebration presentation, joked that they would start selling bean bags so millennials who are upset about the election can feel comfortable like their mommy's are hugging them. Joked they would sell toilet paper with Obama's face on it. - Owner leads by fear. Not friendly, cannot talk to, and is not approachable. - Constant drug testing all the time. - I have never worked somewhere with more corporate politics. It feels like a high school with cliques, gossip, drama, and emotion led decisions instead of logic. - Owner bashed her own analysts work in their catalog "Message from the Owner Section" that went to every customer? Why? Again, why? - Strict dress code to point where if a female employee wears a pant suit, the tags of the top and bottom have to match. Also have to wear certain shoes and pantyhose certain months of the year. Men - shirt and tie always except Friday's. - Can not have more than 3 personal items on desk even if said item was given to you by the company which makes absolutely no sense. I have seen them tell an employee to take down a picture of their family because the frame was too big. - Managers/Directors/VP's don't have to do anything and are not given responsibility because Liz makes all the decisions. - The company operates as if its 1980. - Owner hates millennials and Liberals. - Heard rumors that she has asked people who they voted for in elections in interviews. - Warehouse and CS positions are paid above market, everything else is paid below market unless you are an external hire Manager or higher. - Forced to clock in and out even if on salary. This is terrible because you would have to hit your hours regardless if you had work to do so this would cause you to sit and stare at the clock for the last hour or two every day doing absolutely nothing. - Analysts have sent memos to Liz before and received them back graded from her. People have received literally an "F-" before for no reason. She is not an expert on what all these analysts do every day. - 0 recycling. They use an absurd amount of paper and do 0 recycling. Owner thinks trees are being planted faster than they are being cut down. - Wanted the company to cutback on Volunteer work yet she donates her money to anti-LGBTQ funds movements. - I could go on and on and on....
