Pros

Everyone here is incredibly welcoming and genuinely kind. The company’s growth has taken off quickly and in a big way. Doug is an outstanding leader and an all‑around great person, and that positive energy carries through everyone in the organization. I know I can always rely on my team, and others across the company whenever I need support.

As the Chief HR Officer at Ulteig, I respond to all the reviews on this page; if there is something that happened that is unacceptable, please directly reach out to me to share. If any of our company values, including Inclusion, have been violated, we will investigate and take appropriate action. What you have described does not align with our expectations for our employees’ experiences and though the perspective you’ve shared doesn’t seem to be consistent with what we hear from the great majority of diverse team members at Ulteig (as evidenced by high overall engagement levels and feedback from our many BIPOC and women employees at Ulteig), I’d personally appreciate hearing from you so we can ensure what you experienced doesn’t happen again.

Benefits/ESOP, company size, vision/mission, ambition

Cons

Not a lot of support, micro-manager culture, "billable, billable, billable", no respect to "flexible work schedule" claim, no comp time offered whatsoever, you are expected to work 50+ hours/week and monitor email 24/7
