Pros

Of all the jobs that I have ever had, working at Uniper was hands down my favorite. The people; management, and my fellow coworkers were great with welcoming me onto their teams and helping to make me feel comfortable.

I am thrilled to endorse Uniper as a former employee. Their exceptional leadership, vibrant culture, and dedication to work/life balance make it a standout company. Throughout my time there, I felt valued and supported, both professionally and personally. Uniper truly stands out as a great place to work.

Cons

During my tenure at Uniper, it was disheartening to witness the substantial impact of the Ukraine war on the company's long-term stability. I had joined Uniper with aspirations for career growth and the assurance of long-term security for my family. Also, the constraints imposed by the large corporate structure sometimes hindered quick decision-making, which affected productivity. Nonetheless, despite these challenges, Uniper remained a great company to work for.
