      RAPIDLY DWINDLING COMPANY. People are fleeing and company isn't doing anything to retain or replace.

      Opportunity to work from home.

      Cons

      The new HR group is incompetent. Payroll is wrong , PTO balances wrong, W2 are wrong and no one is responding to inquiries . Senior executives are 90% reactive 10% proactive and have put themselves in a bad situation. Rules change daily. You never know what you will get hit with next.

      Pros

      The CEO must be a magician. To think this company is still doing business - with chronic financial mismanagement, a socially inept leadership team who are territorial and created a toxic work culture and a remaining workforce that 'survived' constant layoffs with the scars to prove it- is simply amazing.

      Cons

      There are none, if you enjoy working long hours doing the work of 3 of your past colleagues, no prospect of upward mobility; If you enjoy working from the office where you are expected to be there everyday before 8:30 and leave after 5:30, but watch your CEO and leadership team come and go as they please, are inaccessible - except when they need you - then this company will be paradise.

      Work from home flexibility - while it is still available

      Cons

      Upper management is detached from reality No career development opportunities once you max out in your current position Upper Management will keep getting their bonuses and drive their expensive cars while the people who actually do the work sacrifice personal time to make deadlines. Taking away PTO carry over one week before end of the year is one of the most idiotic moves in the history of this company.
