Healthy Culture

Pros

Adults are treated like adults. Very little micromanagement (that I've seen). Most upper management are in Denmark and employees in other countries are trusted to do their jobs without direct oversight. Ability to WFH most of the time depending on your role. Great pay and benefits. Culture is amazing. Employees all seem happy and the company invests in its employees. Headquarters and parents company clearly care about things like diversity and inclusion

Cons

It's kind of a bummer that the US offices don't get used much since everyone is WFH. Wish there were more company-sponsored days for everyone to come in and mingle and connect. It's a relatively newer company, so there's this weird mix between feeling established and feeling like a start-up. Some of their policies aren't really written down in detail. The number of holiday days is lacking compared to other companies in the same industries. Not drastically, but it's noticeable.
