Pros

They are very helpful when it comes to your growth in the company. Benefits are good and pay is decent! Also why weekly pay and you can come in for hours if needed

Cons

Shifts can be short at least at my venue. The longest shift you’ll have is 8hrs, minus your lunch about 7.25 hrs. Sometimes you get shifts of 5hrs. Part timers don’t really get much benefits besides health and park tickets. No pto , no bereavement etc.

Pros

You learn a lot of skills while being payed

Cons

Micromanagement. They provide the uniforms there but they don't pay you while you get ready. The same as the end of the shift, you clock out then you have to change and return the uniform while not being payed.
