      Poor active listening and interest in knowing and understanding what tasks involve to achieve outcomes. Some management lacks genuine passion to support and drive success with the teams and often resorts to blaming, shaming, and bullying direct reports.

      Compensation was above average for area

      Cons

      Management was not very truthful about job expectations. The hiring process was very miserable, management does not take emergencies into consideration for flexibility.

      We too were disappointed that this candidate could not complete the background check over the course of six weeks, and then after being given another week to do so. Regrettably we had to rescind our offer after repeated delays with the (non-THC) drug test.

      Great Company

      Pros

      When I joined they did not have an internal Recruiter and they decided to move it in house. They let me use my experience to build out processes to improve their recruitment efforts and help with retention. All the hiring manager have been very appreciative and a pleasure to work with. Upper managers show appreciation for your hard work and are there to support you. Huge room for growth within the company.

      None that I can think of.
