      Great benefits. Bad management and horrible HR

      benefits are great. Health benefits.

      Cons

      Office politics. Once they label you or not like you, they will push you out. A lot of great employees was pushed to accept a severance all because upper management couldn’t get along with them. He does nothing for the employees.

      Pros

      I truly enjoyed working with my colleagues and team members; they made the workplace a positive and enjoyable environment. The office itself was also lovely, offering a flexible work arrangement between remote and in-office options.

      Cons

      I sense a lack of clear direction within the company, given the frequent layoffs and restructuring. The once employee-focused work environment now seems externally focused, losing its unique employee- and customer-centric approach.
