Pros
The technology and use cases for the data is cool, but there are many other companies that do the same thing better. Initially the culture was great and all the coworkers were amazing, now everyone is dead inside and there is no comradery.
Cons
Upper management at Ursa has absolutely no idea what they are doing. They change directives monthly, if not weekly, promise customers products that don't exist and force employees to work around the clock to meet absurd deadlines, when sales and promises aren't met the engineers/delivery teams are punished, the CEO thinks he is Elon Musk. If you are 50+ years old you will be massively overpaid, if you are 35 years or less you will be massively underpaid. Upper management has extreme favoritism and bias, any comments or concerns about management's favorite employees will result in punishment/exile (not to mention their favorites are all incompetent). Upper management and HR constantly lie about the state of the company and the short-term plan. We were told that we had 2 years of financial runway before 25% of the company got laid off less than 2 weeks later.
