Pros

Good pay, interesting projects, good clients to do work with

Cons

Columbus office is ridiculous. Managers complain about issues and have a bad attitude. Ask a lot of overly personal questions, even commenting on perceived changes in weight. One complained about being hung over. Lots of favoritism. Basically you can work from home as much as you want if you complain or are a manager. If you don’t, you can’t.
