STOP HAVING STAFF DECEPTIVELY TEXT ME! This has been having for TWO years!!!!! I have threatened legal action, I have begged to remove me from call lists, I have tried to track down customer service. I will get random“[My name]?” And when I answer they will suddenly be a job consultant for a no-name ESL company asking me if I am interested in a teaching job. When I ask if it is for VIP Kid they always immediately say yes. LEAVE ME ALONE! I HAVE ASKED SO MANY TIMES. I DO NOT WANT TO BE CONTACTED ANYMORE. THIS IS HARASSMENT AND PREDATORY SCAM BEHAVIOR!? The fact that you all don’t even openly admit which company you work for and start a conversation just saying “[my name]?” To get a response from me and not be ignored is PREDATORY BEHAVIOR! Please, I am begging you I am tired of these!!!! I called this man today directly and when I nicely asked what I need to do to be DONE with you all he went silent and hung up. LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!!!! How is this a behavior you think will make people WANT to work for you!?!?

Communist owned company. They don’t see people as individuals, rather disposable and replaceable dogs. Company has constant app and platform issues and refuses to take any responsibility on their end, instead they blame teachers for everything. They will claim a teacher had internet issues or was late for class, then not pay you for classes taught. It’s their word against yours and you have no voice. A greedy company who raised the cost parents pay for classes and yet lowered teacher pay screwing over many long-time teachers. They will blame any and all classroom issues on the teacher so they can get out of paying them. They do not value or support their teachers. VIPKID treats teachers like a number and not valued, loyal employees. They claim to want diversity, yet the Chinese are the most racist people I’ve ever met. They do not like people of color.
