      The culture is great. The company goes above and beyond to show appreciation to the employees - with unlimited vacation, get together events, and show-liner entertainment at the events. Employees work twice as hard to show appreciation back to the company.

      Amazing talented people, great benefits, unlimited PTO, full-time WFH

      Cons

      Constantly shifting priorities, leadership seems really scattered and lacks the ability to set priorities and stick with them or make decisions. A lot of wasted time and energy when in process work is scrapped and we change direction again. No real emphasis placed on planning... still seems to have a start up mentalitiy
