      Pros

      Paid study for licensing exams.

      Cons

      Very poor leadership resulting in low morale and high turnover. Everyone is either leaving or talking about it before finishing the program. Call center atmosphere is not enjoyable either, especially when many firms comp more.

      underpaid, almost every entry level position starts with you working in a call center for upwards of a year
