There's great teamwork between the different departments. Upper management strives to have the employees own their work and encourages feedback. Most of the workforce is remote, yet there's a camaraderie amongst everyone.
Vector offers one of the most supportive and positive work environments I have experienced. Leadership listens to input, encourages growth, recognizes achievements, and communicates regularly with the entire organization. It's a great mix of the communication and collaboration you often find in small organizations, combined with leadership and strategic vision of more established ones.
Cons
It's hard to find any cons. That's not to say it's all perfect, no organization is, but it speaks to my overall experience that nothing specific comes to mind. I do feel confident that if I had a concern, leadership would welcome hearing them, and make addressing them a priority.
The pay and benefits are very competitive and the work environment is drama free. Everyone is supportive, collaborative, and truly open to feedback. It is one of the few places I have worked where I felt comfortable speaking up. The owner of the company is one of the kindest individuals I have ever met, he truly cares about every employee.
Cons
I sincerely have no cons about working here, the only reason I left was because I missed the work I previously did. I do miss the team greatly though.
