      Pros

      Plenty of work from home flexibility and perks. Good company culture.

      Cons

      In my department of post program closeout we had no real training. Instead we watched old recorded zoom meetings of other people getting trained. However some of those videos had incorrect information which could bite you in the butt without you realizing it.
