Pros
Flexible work schedule. Ability to learn and grow your experience with the company. Competitive business that is high speed and low drag.
Cons
The only con I can think of is the “at will” employment. Meaning, even if you are doing your job correctly, if it met the needs for the business, you could be let go “at will” of the employer.
