Business Outlook
Pros
New services and business offerings in a cool industry. Management is transparent and approachable. Confused by the recent review of former employees about mgmt and no new business. Team building gatherings, employee appreciation, good people, nice culture, best benefits I've had.
Cons
I have not been here as long as others, but is seems management was slow to get rid of dead weight and people with bad attitudes. Tough to make ambitious targets. Compensation is almost all salary with no bonus structure, just profit sharing plan.
