      Good people, decent benefits and time off, collaborative team environment

      Cons

      Upper Management is unaware of day-to-day effort, employees are just a number, will restructure every spring immediately following FYE

      Pros

      Competitive compensation, decent health benefits, PTO and company holidays are above average

      Cons

      Upper management communicates in vague, corporate jargon. Will receive praise up until the moment they let you go without any warning. Constantly fluctuating structure, company does not consider client impact with product roadmap and timeline.

      Not the best communicators

      Pros

      People were cool, company switched to remote policy after seeing the increase in production quality during lock down.

      Cons

      Laid off, very little empathy from management, you are just a number. Also i was offered the job verbally during the interview, then had to wait for almost a month to receive the offer letter with little to no communication on what was happening.
