Don't do it

Pros

The people who work here are friendly.

Cons

1. Benefits are extremely high and offer only the bare minimum that the law requires an employer to carry. 2. Extremely low pay with no raises. I've been working here for years and have never gotten a salary increase, nor has any of my co-workers who have also been here for multiple years. 3. No advancement. You are bombarded with new responsibilities and no advancement opportunities. There's no where to go. 4. Leave accrual is a joke. There's honestly so much more cons to write but I believe I've made my point. Run. If you work here currently, I share your pain.

Very demoralizing place to work!

Pros

They provide snacks and sometimes there is leftover food from the depositions. Pay checks come on time. Insurance is expensive but good.

Cons

Management allows some employees to get away with doing literally no work, while giving their tasks to the hard working team members. When the overworked and under appreciated people speak up about it, we're made to feel like it's our fault. The people picking up the slack are also given no additional compensation for having to do the work of other people. This had created a demoralizing environment within the office.

Pros

Good food, overtime opportunities, great building

Cons

Some very aggressive, borderline sadistic troublemakers in the Livingston calendar department intentionally teach you incorrectly in hopes that you'll be written up; too much workload for even a 50 hour week; training is constant but takes away from your ready time, meaning you'll be written up
