Pros

Corporate employees get generous vacation and bonuses, the atmosphere is relaxed even when workplace requirements are intense, and the people are awesome.

Cons

If you work in a Verizon Call Center, every minute is accounted for and you're expected to hit 97% Adherence to schedule; every bathroom break hurts your numbers, every minute late from lunch hurts your numbers, every time you need to decompress after a bad call hurts your numbers. You have 30 secs between hanging up with one customer and getting the next; there is no downtime except for the occasional team meeting or training. Monitoring by Supervisors can be crazy.
