Actually NONE. Nothing was ever done correctly and seemed at times that they were broke

Cons

Decline rate of apps 72.9% and hardly ever a solid approvals. Always a counter approval that was just stupid. Management Does NOT KNOW Anything about the car business wasted 4 months of my life. Too many supervisors telling different thIngs company only funding less than 300 deals a month. Sounds like they have no money loan. There desperate for employees. Not let them lie to you compay going no where. Only ones making money is upper management. Taboo. Stay away. Yu been warned.

A few really nice people who just do not know the marketplace they are trying to service.

Cons

Owner reviews every deal and will kick a deal he doesnt like even if it comes in as approved. Upper management has no clue what or who the competition is. Funding return rate is extremly high! POR requirments are so strict that it solicits fraud. Takes for ever to fund a deal. Takes for ever to approve a deal. They treat their dealers like they are all liars trying to cheat them.

Not much to say about them beside that they provide a paycheck and they gave me some experience that helped me find a much stable job at a real company.

Cons

Where do I start, the company is ran by liars and shady VP's. They under appreciate their employees and the little people that actually value the company have been let go for disagreeing with their policies and changes. They claim to be competitive but how can you be when you are constantly changing everything to better benefit the owner and their pockets. Bonus goals are always changes mid month after their employees have killed themselves with false promises.
