Despite the benefits this place is not worth it long term . Higher ups don’t care about work life balance . If you have no sick time they will make you use your PTO . Sick time is hard to acquire and so is PTO. So you really have no room to be sick . Or even take a mental health day. If you need it you have to tell your supervisor. Lots and lots of drama. Don’t trust anyone here. Management rewards bad behavior if they are their favorite . Many good people are seen as replaceable but can’t really replace them . This place really went down hill. No breaks . Rarely any breaks . Better off working for Red Cross they put gaps in there schedules so workers can take care of them selves to eat and whatever they need so they can perform there best on a busy day. I don’t regret my the time I put in but the longer I stayed the more depressed I felt . They will suck your soul. Many feel trapped here that been here long term because the pay is good but despite that some of them are really mean . If you work here keep your head down . Do not talk about your personal life . And take care of your self . Management hates when you stand up for your self . So that’s why I say avoid Versiti in general . Go to some place that values honesty and integrity
