      Pretty flexible scheduling, can use free time at work to do your own work

      Cons

      the math tutoring lab has restrictive hours... you can't work on the weekends because it's not open

      Relaxed environment Able to make a difference in helping students Flexible hours All the materials that you would need are provided (e.g. whiteboards)

      Cons

      Get rid of the red cup system. Since the Math Emporium is large, it may be easy to miss people's requests for tutoring. It should be a digital process by now.
