Everything. Vorto's biggest sin is that the executive team has you grind as hard as any tech company out there but those same execs constantly pull the rug out from beneath you and contribute so little of their own that working here is like treading water with a 50 lb weight around your ankle

Zero growth, do not expect pay raises no matter what you are told. No performance reviews. Unachievable bonus structure, No support in any department. All competent employees were either let go or left.
