Pros

Good pay, fully remote work available, excellent work-life balance with flexibility.

Cons

Some retail projects are prototype based, so there is little room for creativity as an architect. I did not feel that there was room for growth within the company.

Decent salary Decent Benefits Quick interview's (There is a reason for that more below)

Cons

Terrible communication Terrible project interaction Management is isolated. Big box retail/Service heavy Staff are tripping over one another due to top heavy management per project. Territorial management. Too top heavy per project. Subject to cyclical downturns due to focus on big box retail. (The tariff war will decimate the retail industry.)
