Pros

Great field welding experience when work is steady. Definitely a solid starting ground for any prospective welders/erectors who want to begin their career making decent pay as a beginner.

Cons

Lots of downtime and punch list assignments when work is slow. Worked as a welder, not as a yard laborer so my words only apply to those getting into the field as a welder/erector/rigger.

Thank you for your positive review! Your hard work and dedication to WELLS have not gone unnoticed. We are thrilled to hear that you are enjoying your experience here and that you feel supported by our team. Your contributions are truly valued, and we look forward to continuing to work together towards our shared success. I understand that during slow periods, there can be lots of downtime and punch list assignments. I recommend using the downtime to brush up on welding techniques, and safety procedures, Or using this time to mentor others who may be new to the field. By staying proactive and engaged during slow periods, you can continue to develop your skills and contribute to the team in meaningful ways.
