Cons

Oof, where to start? They are making a lot of posts on LinkedIn about how difficult it is to get hired at WHOOP. Sure, but they index on high egos. Internally they say "High Intensity, High Humility", but there's no humility. It's frat boy central, and they're obsessed with being in the office. Well, the highest of higher ups are, because of course they can afford to be within walking distance of the office. The peons who don't get bonuses (under VP-level) can barely afford to be off a subway line. The management team loves to kiss their own behinds. There's nothing wrong with being confident, but they are truly toxic. I won't name names, but if you've ever worked at WHOOP and aren't a Kool Aid drinker, you'll know who I mean. It's very disingenuine. You have to look a certain way, act a certain way, and act like you're on an upper all the time in order to fit in. There's also a "rules for thee and not for me" mentality of upper leadership. So many great people have left because of this. There are some great leaders at the company, but unfortunately they get overshadowed.
