Lots to learn about automation if you know what your doing.

Cons

Managers are horrible, Sick time Horrible, PTO guide lines Horrible, lots of back stabbers, dishonest upper management. -25 degrees most of your day. Pay horrible there's better places to work out there.

Easy job, can definitely do it if your just trying to skirt by and have a pay check given to you they actually encourage that behavior.

Cons

-Super cute throat -Training doesn't exist and never will, turn over is to high in maintenence dept. -Corp HR doesn't listen to eo or email about team leads or upper management -Upper management is two faced and does the opposite of what is said -Move shifts on a whim, change shift schedule 10 hr days which are really 11 hrs to 8 i mean 9 hr days -Pay is low for the area $22 and raises are lower 2% -Facility is super could -15F and breaks are not accommodated per OSHA regulations when in this environment -Management lies or doctors write up documents
