Great projects and team, but competition for growth

I’ve really valued the work environment at WSP, particularly the balance it offers between professional responsibilities and personal well-being. The flexibility in work arrangements and the overall supportive culture make it conducive to maintaining a sustainable work-life balance, which I consider important for long-term growth and consistent quality work. At the same time, WSP has provided me with extensive exposure to complex, high-profile infrastructure projects, enabling me to develop my technical skills and engineering judgment. I’m also fortunate to be part of a highly collaborative team where mentorship, knowledge sharing, and leadership support are readily available, creating a positive environment for both professional and personal development.
Cons
Overall, I haven’t experienced any major drawbacks in my role at WSP. If I had to highlight an area with some room for improvement, I would say that the compensation structure can feel relatively modest.
