Pay is low, corporate can’t see to make a decision and stick to it, can never seem to get administrative help with out begging

Flexible work schedule and work from home a couple days a week

Cons

Poor management at the time (location-specific). CEO preaching about historic backlog of work while I was a PE that couldn't find work to do with managers sending resume out to the entire company.
