Pros

Enough hours to work with employees & getting things done. Not as stressful as other retail stores.

Cons

Store Managers there tend to be extremely lazy, the leadership concept is completely backwards.

Pros

Has potential good benefits decent pay

Cons

Recent changes in the company really are starting to trend away from taking excellent care of it's employees and focusing on sales and "customer service" that they are failing on hours (staffing) and other fields of employee care

Pros

Flexible Hours Great With college schedules management feels like family new manage from bottom up strategy pto structure District Mangers are AWESOME

Cons

if you need to transfer to a new store it can feel like a completely new job because of inconsistencies with in the company working holidays holiday pay structure did not receive adequate training could be paid more based on job duties and stress shift leads and asmt feel a lot of the stress, while they are the direct supervisors of floor employees they are not allowed to punish them if needed and have to hope store managers will take care of it, leaving the shift leads powerless during shifts when store manager is no present
