      Pros

      Benefits are great, people are great, HR is understanding. Over all a great place but they need to see the IT people as a little more than just the IT guys cause we do a lot more than just restart PC's

      Low Pay no full time no job progression Get EXP and move on

      Pros

      Being a computer operator at a Walgreens DC was good, steady work, but with not much opportunity for advancement. Good benefits.

      Cons

      You do not negotiate an individual salary based on what skills you offer and how you compare to other computer operators. You are all lumped together with a pay rate based on time spent at company and not merit based or performance and contributions.

      Pros

      Was a very stable work environment with many opportunities to move through out the company.

      Cons

      Most positions now are short term contract / project help. Not many long term experienced contacts are left. Interaction between departments and areas is complicated by a lack of commitment and experience. Middle Management turnover is even more unstable.
