      This a is growing company, lots of new jobs coming. Work flow improvement are being put in place making everyone's jobs easier.

      Cons

      None- the company is family owned, the main leadership team has a clear vision where the company is headed and they care about the employees.

      Horrible to their employees, low pay, and benefits are very pricey, and don't cover much for what you pay.

      Our residents and their families.

      Cons

      Overworked, under paid, horrible management, even corporate. If you reach out to anyone with concerns, be prepared to get reprimanded, or even lose your job. Corporate and upper management get all the perks/bonuses, especially if they stay under budget, while the one's that work the hardest, live paycheck to paycheck.
