      Cons

      Meeting their metrics mean getting calls texts emails on days off and on vacation. Work life balance is not there. Sell your soul to maintain metrics at cost of your family. Walmart is no different.

      Less and less staffing trending towards CVS and Walgreens environment. Constantly new initiatives to keep up with Open all holidays Having to work on days off to do special events various times throughout the year. No real work life balance
