We have always been a performance-driven company with rewards based on performance.       Pros

      The people and culture at Wave6 were some of the best things about the company. Team members and management were awesome to work with and open communication was always encouraged. Flexibility with remote work and hours was also a plus. Great, long-lasting clients were great to work with.

      Cons

      Parent company communication was not always the best.
