      Pros

      I have full autonomy over my work, and even my boss doesn’t know the details. I can work freely and set my own schedule.

      Cons

      It’s mostly routine work with little change. There’s no one in the company who can think about the business as a whole.

      Work culture is really nice, company offers good great flexibility

      Cons

      Lacks vision, wework india is a franchise and has nothing to do with wework global. This is it's biggest con. Unlike other start ups in India, wework india does not have it's own idendity, vision or goal. And because of this one's career growth suffers.
