Pros

In my time with WealthCounsel, I have been extremely satisfied with the caliber of people, quality of work, high levels of professionalism, and the shared commitment to achieving goals that are all key components of my daily working experience. The culture here is probably the best aspect of the job, in my opinion. There is a drive to continuously improve the organization and what we offer, a solid shared work ethic, a willingness to help each other, and (very importantly) a group of people who know how to laugh and have fun together, too. Being a part of WealthCounsel, and gaining exposure to so many terrific individuals, has been very beneficial for me. I'm looking forward to the future!

Cons

Being a fully remote team does have some downsides (not that the upsides don't outweigh them) but it would be nice to meet in person a bit more often.
