Client work is mostly staff augmentation, not consulting. Directors and Senior Managers do not follow the company value of "Our People First" and "Quality Over Growth." Company motto is "client first" but they try to sell you the "Our People First." Career Advisors and Directors don't care if you're unhappy at client site, they want you to do the work without complaint. HR and teams do not do anything to try to retain good employees. If you're not happy, just leave. They think it's better to replace you than to try to keep you happy. The benefits are not great. Don't be fooled about the ESOP. Ask for an example payout. Pay is low too. Don't worry, I'm leaving as soon as I find another job.

This company tries too hard to be something they are not. Middle management and HR try to project the image of a great company that is "Employees First" when in reality it is Profits First. Employees in this company are wowed by the benefits and they are enchanted somehow to believe they work for a great company. This of course depends on the line of business you are in. Some departments are better than others. If you are technical, avoid this place because you will forget everything you know. Most of the technical project bids get turned down due to inflated rates based on a fake reputation as "deep technologists". People seem nice (and very few really are) but it is mostly superficial. It was just a very bad experience and I am glad I am out!
