They are committed to supporting its' employees who want to make a difference and prove themselves. Strong company culture. There are always aches and pains at any workplace, but I am thankful for the great co-workers I have and for an overall positive atmosphere.

Always fixing what isn't broken. Ruined the raise structure. Encourage managers to be overbearing and get rid of anyone with tenure.
