Pros
Dedicated, $200 dollars per day, home weekends!
Cons
I took a bus to PA to pick up my truck and the passenger side was all busted up. I told them I didn't want it, and they said, "that's the only thing we have." I kept thinking this is just asking for a DOT inspection. I said, "you must have something else", he said, "no and you will never get a new truck on that account". I reluctantly took it and got half way home between PA and Maine and it started having mechanical issues. I dropped it at a dealership sitting there for two days, then being told to go to another dealership 150 miles away for another truck. Got to that dealership and there was no trucks at that location. Called Western and they didn't even know where there own truck was. I haven't worked in a week and just called again to find out what's going on, and I'm told to get another bus ticket and go back to PA to get another truck. I told him I'm all set. Why just so I get something else with issues or get there and find out they don't have one available. On top of that I was suppose to be paid $200 per day and the load they gave me from PA to home they only paid me 30 cents per mile because in their words it was a load going home. Also, they take $2.50 out of your pay check each week to scan their paperwork on the Transflo System at the truck stop. What a crock, its their paperwork, and I've got to pay to scan it. I should have none when they said they don't pay anything for orientation to look else where!
