Pros

Depending on where you work- great teamwork. Decent benefits.

Cons

Unwilling to understand that not everything is uniform. Cater to those who should be fired and let the employees who are dedicated go. Willing to do whatever costs them less money regardless of how it effects employees. Complain about paying their employees a decent wage when they pay their CEO almost $400,000 to never be seen in the community except in videos explaining how the company is running low on money. Mentioned having higher up staff work the frontlines during the pandemic and instead pay agencies double what their own employees make.
