      Good place if your New to industry, but good old boys club

      Cons

      Good old boys club, they only look out for fellow management not techs. If you tell them your uncomfortable with working in a particular area they will tell you that they can “put you where they want” even is it is over an hour away from where you are located. Furthermore if you tell them your uncomfortable with that they will tell you once more just to “deal with it”

They care about their employees and offer ample opportunities for growth and development both personally and professionally. They offer a strong and comprehensive benefits package.
