      Pros

      There are not any good reasons to work for Westover as the upper management is quite unprofessional and discriminatory. Besides the pay scale is the lowest in the industry.

      Pros

      Family atmosphere, owners knows most, if not all, managers. Company outings are fun. Pay is competitive. Upper management support is great, always there for you if and when you have a question.

      Cons

      Saturdays are the full 8-hour shift which makes for a long week. Some sites are open on Sundays and managers are expected to work the full week. However the following week is a short week.

      Pros

      Nothing, absolutely nothing. Pay is lower than competitors, free medical is a joke unable to use because quality doctors do not participate. Work your butt off for the reward of you guessed it more work. Unprofessional, unresponsive upper management, gossipy, two faced, wicked company. I am embarrassed to say I was ever a part of this terrible company

      Everything you can imagine that could be wrong morally and ethically is present in this terribly run company. Does not abide by labor laws or fair housing regulations and leads by intimidation if you stand up for what is right.
