      Full of liars, racists and brown-nosers

      An opportunity to create a memorable experience for your residents.

      Cons

      This company is full of liars, racists and brown-nosers. They promote people who have no clue how to do their job because they are in the "in crowd". There's no recognition for any type of job well done. The lowly employees who work at the properties are often underpaid and severely overworked. Only work here if you like being mistreated, devalued, and thrown under the bus at any given moment.

      Company DOES NOT live by their Core Values!

      This company is the opposite of all their core values. Do poorly and get promoted. Do well and remain stalled in your same position. It's like High School all over again with all the gossip and favoritism.

      I will not recommend this company to even an enemy. Stay away from it if you want to have a life!

      Cons

      The work-life balance is the worst here. It's primarily due to the management's inability to set schedules and stick to them. Everyone has to work on the weekends, and it's extremely stressful and exhausting. The leadership is clearly biased too. Some people get a ton of workload while other sit there and enjoy. It's awful!
