She provides consistent support through weekly check-ins and clear communication. Her management style is data driven. Everyone receives the same weekly report outlining recertification progress, vacancy numbers, and work orders, which allows you to see your property’s performance across the portfolio. She has a genuine way of speaking with you that makes you feel seen and supported, even with everything she has on her plate. I’ve learned so much under her guidance, and she sets a great example of what strong leadership looks like. Winn trains you and gives you so much knowledge on affordable programs. Plenty of ATO, holidays, and sick pay.
