      Worked with Winn for 13 years they were by far the best company I worked for Im hoping they have an opening soon so I can go back BTW I no longer work for them due a sale of the property

      Nothing bad to say too bad my property sold

      Pros

      Office staff was as kind as could be.

      Cons

      Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
